Loudoun County School Board must Abolish Policy 8040 & comply with Title IX.
On October 24, 2025, a lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The list of defendants includes the former superintendent, the current principal of Stone Bridge High School where the incidents occurred, a former vice principal, the district's former Title IX director, and several others.
