A Loudoun County High School student, who is also a recent sexual assault victim, was attacked by a classmate at the same school where she was initially assaulted, according to charges filed in court Wednesday.  Scott Smith's daughter, who was sexually assaulted in a bathroom at Stone Bridge High School last May, was attacked at the same school last September. The attack was caught on camera.  The 15-year-old female suspect was charged with malicious wounding Wednesday, according to 7News' I-Team reporter Scott Taylor.

“This was a safety measure for EVERYONE in all states; not Virginia, not Leesburg, wherever he may go,” said Scott Smith.

Scott Smith, whose daughter was sexually assaulted in a school bathroom in Loudoun by a boy in a skirt, joined WMAL's "O'Connor and Company" radio program on Friday to share his reaction to the boy convicted of two assaults not being registered as a sex offender.
